AIRTEST CALLS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Vancouver: Mr. George Graham, the President of ATI AirTest Technologies Inc. (“AirTest”), is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company have called an Annual and Special Meeting to be held in Vancouver at 11:00 a.m. on
Wednesday June 27, 2007. The meeting will be held at 555 Burrard Street, suite 900.

The record date is May 18th for the notice, voting and the beneficial ownership determination, and will be scrutinized by Pacific Corporate Trust Company.
